Senior Spa Therapist

Overview

In conjunction with the Spa Director and SPA Supervisor, Seniors are responsible for the daily leadership of the Therapist’s / Hair / Barber team. This includes but is not limited to the training and coaching of the team to ensure the best experience. The quality and client experience, as well as team motivation, is a key component of everyday operations. Perform all treatments in a safe and professional manner to guests. To operate and work in accordance with standards of the company.

Experience Required

Experiences & Qualifications

• High school graduate.

• Senior Spa Therapist - Completed state required therapy anatomy and

physiology course internationally recognized therapy qualifications

(massage therapy license or aesthetic school)

• Qualification/s in additional alternative therapiessuch as Thai massage,

shiatsu, singing bowls, reflexology, etc.

• Be familiar to utilize all computer systems relevant to the departments.

• Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the

workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
