Overview
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure a professional and efficient workplace environment.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and staff
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges when required
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Experiences & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Front Desk personnel or as a Customer Service Representative
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel
