Overview
Fitness & Wellness Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute structured marketing plans for fitness programs, wellness initiatives, classes, and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure alignment with overall brand positioning and commercial objectives.
• Drive member acquisition, participation, and retention through targeted campaigns.
On-Ground Execution & Club Alignment (Riyadh)
• Act as the primary marketing lead for Riyadh fitness and wellness operations.
• Work closely with club management, trainers, and sales teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Ensure campaigns are relevant, timely, and effectively delivered on the ground.
• Support immediate response to operational and market needs.
Program & Initiative Launch Support
• Support the launch of new wellness programs, signature experiences, and partnerships.
• Prepare campaign toolkits and messaging frameworks prior to launch.
• Ensure full marketing readiness before program rollout.
Revenue & Commercial Support
• Support membership acquisition through targeted fitness and wellness campaigns.
• Drive secondary revenue streams including personal training, wellness services, and programming.
• Work closely with Sales to ensure marketing directly contributes to commercial performance.
CORE Social Wellness Clubs Support
• Act as the dedicated marketing lead for fitness and wellness across CORE Social Wellness Clubs.
• Translate technical fitness and wellness concepts into clear, member-facing communication.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across all club touchpoints.
Campaign Management & Performance Tracking
• Execute campaigns through digital, social, CRM, in-club, and event channels.
• Monitor engagement, participation, and commercial performance metrics.
• Provide structured reporting and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with Brand, Operations, Sales, and Events teams to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate with external partners, trainers, and wellness ambassadors when required.
• Ensure integration of fitness and wellness marketing within the broader CORE ecosystem.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
- Minimum 8 years in a related field, of which at least 4 years in a managerial position
