Membership Growth Officer

Overview
The Membership Growth Officer is responsible for supporting membership acquisition and day-to-day sales activities at the club level.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the timely handling of inquiries, supporting lead follow-up, and assisting in delivering a smooth and consistent member experience.
The position focuses on execution, customer interaction, and adherence to sales processes, supporting the wider team in achieving membership targets and maintaining service standards
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Handling & Initial Engagement
• Handle incoming inquiries and ensure prompt response to all leads.
• Support initial communication with prospects through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
• Assist in qualifying leads before passing to senior team members where required.
Sales Support & Follow-Up
• Support the sales team in maintaining consistent follow-up with prospects.
• Schedule club tours and appointments.
• Assist in preparing prospects for visits and ensuring a smooth experience.
Member Interaction & Support
• Act as a first point of contact for basic member inquiries.
• Support communication with members regarding programs, services, and events.
• Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all prospects and members.
On-Ground Support & Club Presence
• Support day-to-day activities within the club.
• Assist the Membership Growth team during peak times and events.
• Ensure readiness of sales materials and presentation areas.
CRM & Data Entry
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure all activities are logged and updated consistently.
• Support data organization and reporting as required.
Cross-Functional Support
• Assist in coordination with Marketing and Operations teams for campaigns and activities.
• Support execution of in-club activations and events
Experiences & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality environments.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
