Overview
- Assisting in bank reconciliation.
- Assisting in accounts payable management.
- Initiating payments to be made to vendors, employees, and external parties.
- Preparation of payment tracking sheet on a daily basis.
- Coordinating with external parties and vendors for complete and accurate vendor record keeping.
- Assisting in VAT filing by providing all the records available.
- Preparing expenses and accrual schedules for management’s review.
- Assisting in monthly financial reporting.
- Providing support for ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Experiences & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Jr. Accountant or similar role.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Good knowledge of accounting standards, accruals, and accounting software.
- knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
